In LG my role was into Manufacturing Engineering which is related to industrial engineering. It was bridge role between NPRD and Production department to ease the smooth running of new products.

Parallelly I had cleared GATE exam with AIR 111, so I could go for Masters. I got selected for NIT Trichy, Tamilnadu for MTech. I completed my MTech in Industrial Engineering and Management (2016-18 Batch). There I got placed into VKL Food Solutions Enterprise as a Post Graduate Trainee at Alleppey, Kerala. There I worked into Operations broadly starting from RM arrival till the FG dispatch related activities. It was quite different experience to work with Keralites due to language barrier.

Currently I am working with UPL at Ankleshwar, Gujarat. Here my role is as business excellence engineer which deals with overall improvement related projects and activities. This is more of a scope, role and company I wanted to work with. Hoping for the best ahead.
